Tom is the CEO of Taranakipine group and co-founder of Woodspan. With a background in forestry and over 20 years’ experience overseeing wood based manufacturing operations, Tom provides vision and direction for the Woodspan team.

Jared is a Market Manager with 10 years’ experience in the construction and building materials industry. His responsibilities include developing and implementing the market strategy, managing initial contact with potential clients, providing quotations and liaison with clients through to project completion.

Richard Peach

Business Development Manager

Richard is a Business Development Manager with multi-industry experience, more recently in the housing and construction sector. He is responsible for driving Woodspan’s growth in the Auckland and Northern Region markets. He manages the relationships with architects, engineers specifiers, and clients, providing a point of contact from initial inquiry through production and final install.

Rohit Vaddem

CNC Programmer

Rohit is a mechanical engineer with over 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Rohit is responsible for designing construction layouts from Structural/Architectural plans and programming our Hundegger CNC Robot drive.

Patrick Balsom

Production Leader

Pat has been the Production Leader at Woodspan for the past 2 years. With 20 years’ experience working with finished timber products he has a wealth of knowledge to draw upon. His responsibilities include organising and fulfilling the daily production requirements and DIFOTIS.

Ruben Norris

Estimator

Ruben is the Estimator at Woodspan bringing experience as an Industrial Designer to interpret architectural plans and provide practical solutions to use PLT within new designs.

Bevan Caldwell

CNC Operator

Bevan is a qualified machinist with over 20 years experience. He ensures the smooth running of our surfacer and Hundegger robot drive.
