About This Project

Description: Structural fire rated PLT floors (FRR 30/30/30) were supplied for this apartment building in Wellington comprising of 41 apartments across five levels. Woodspan PLT floor panels were used in conjunction with prefabricated wall panels as part of a wider prefabricated construction methodology.
